The heart of goMICE’s activities, as the name implies, is the organisation of group trips, meetings, incentives, conferences and events, whereby the services are geared to groups from middle to higher segment SMEs. However, non-profit organisations, governmental and semi-governmental organisations also make use of goMICE’s services.
Rob Jansen: ‘goMICE makes use of the back office, expertise and Uniglobe’s broad network. Once we’ve got all of that information, we make a combination with the aim or theme of the trip and the season in which the trip is to take place. We match this result with the detailed knowledge of the employees within our organisation. And that’s how we arrive at the perfect trip.”

Thanks to our intensive contact with almost all airlines, we are immediately able to take care of everything for people with specific needs and disabilities. The entire process, the organisation and the creative execution of the trip are incorporated into the Digital Event Manager (DEM), our app we created specifically for this purpose. We are incredibly proud of this! This app processes all registrations with preferences and specific wishes, contains the travel itinerary and manages communication with the participants. The Digital Event Manager also provides a detailed overview of the costs for financial administration. By having everything under one roof, we are able to assure you of the best fitting solution.”
